>>CHEF MANAGER / EXECUTIVE CHEF

Qualifications:
Culinary degree and three to five years restaurant experience preferred. Candidates must have excellent culinary and supervisory skills along with the ability to train and motivate employees.

Responsibilities:
Purchasing, menu planning, preparation and inventory at the assigned location.
Training and supervising the kitchen staff.
Developing new products and recipes.
Ensuring fabulous quality.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience.

>> CHEF MANAGER TRAINEE

Qualifications:
Degree and prior experience in a supervisory position preferred.

Responsibilities:
Working under the immediate supervision of a Manager or Chef Manager, will be trained in all the duties involved in managing a food service operation.
