Featured Local Salad Greens Support Autism

Building a sense of community is one of the core tenets of Dartcor’s approach to hospitality. We believe in building strong relationships within the communities we serve and are always on the lookout for new partners.

Greens Do Good (GDG) is a hydroponic vertical farm located in Hackensack, NJ that supplies fresh salad greens to local restaurants and hospitality partners. Using state of the art, vertical farming technology, GDG grows mixed lettuces and microgreens that are free of herbicides and can be grown 365 days a year. In addition to being delicious, GDG contributes 100% of the proceeds to the REED foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting adults with autism.

A couple of months ago, in an effort to expand the wellness program within our cafes, Dartcor started featuring fresh salad and microgreens from Greens Do Good for a prestigious insurance firm located in Morristown, NJ. Our relationship with GDG has enabled us to showcase a local brand that offers a tremendous product for our client, while also providing the REED foundation with tangible resources which allows it to continue helping adults with autism.
